Xiao Beigeng from the "deep understanding and grasp of the past 5 years of work and the great significance of the new era of 10 years of great changes in five aspects of the Party's 20 report to understand the core.。He said that to adhere to the "five necessities", the heart should think in one place, and the strength should be made in one place, so that the Party's 20 spirit can take root。He explained the five major achievements made in the field of rule of law in China and the work layout of building a higher-level rule of law in China, and said that only when all the people believe in the rule of law and practice the rule of law, the country and social life can truly operate on the track of rule of law。He believes that it is necessary to improve the modern public legal service system, deeply implement the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" to popularize the law, promote the spirit of socialist rule of law, give full play to the exemplary role of leading cadres, make respect for the law, law and law-abiding usage become the common pursuit and conscious action of all the people, and comprehensively enhance the level of the rule of law in social governance。
Zhou Yubo said that the faculty and staff of the college should grasp the content of the lecture and report, further understand the spirit of the Party's 20 Major Congress through self-study, and implement it into practical actions, effectively do a good job of education that the people are satisfied with, and promote the high-quality development of the college。
