Zhang Longxi, Doctor of Arts, Professor, President of International Comparative Literature Association。He is the author of many academic works, such as "A Review of Western Literary Theory in the 20th Century", "Out of the Closed Circle of Culture" and "Ten Theories on Chinese and Western Cultural Studies"。His main research areas are: English literature, Classical Chinese literature, comparative Chinese and Western literature, literary theory and cross-cultural studies。He is currently Professor of "Xiaoxiang Scholars" at Hunan Normal University, Academician of the Royal Swedish Academy of Humanities, History and Archaeology, and Academician of the European Academy of Sciences。
