Shen Shuxin briefly introduced the background and purpose of the special research on the construction of new liberal arts, the development and working mechanism of the national New liberal Arts Education Research Center。She said that the purpose of the symposium is to deeply understand the innovative measures and typical cases of colleges and universities in Hunan Province to promote the new liberal arts, problems in the work, and opinions and suggestions for the next batch of construction projects。
